EZ-IRC Server for Windows NT/95

Our EZ-IRC Server is IRC compliant and runs under Windows NT/95. It currently supports 100 concurrent users. To help administrators maintain intelligent discourse, here are some other features our server provides:

No lurking or invisible users.
No simultaneous participation in multiple channels.
No user IP address disclosure (users remain totally anonymous).
No linking to other IRC servers.
Users only see who's in the current channel.
Optionally require passwords from non-Java clients. Access control of Java clients can be provided through your web server access control.
Designate administrators using passwords.
Reserve nicknames using passwords.
Optionally allow only administrators access to certain IRC commands.
Optionally allow only administrators add channels and change topics.
Only administrators can "Kick" people off your server.
Administrators can remotely create permanent channels without having to stay connected.

EZ-IRC Server takes up very little processor cycle time so it runs great along side other applications. It's a stand-alone application that's less than 70K in size.
